A TYPICAL SHOOT
Up to 2 hours on property (depending on the services chosen, it's usually less than an hour)
Under 24 hour turn-around after shoot is completed except under rare situations.
Limited license is granted to the purchaser for use of the images for marketing for a period of five (5) years from invoice date. Images are NOT available to any third party without express written consent from Greenville Real Estate Media.
Limited license allows for images to be given to the purchaser for use to market the home for sale until it closes.

THE FINE PRINT

Please use the booking form or call/text at 864.979.4106. We typically respond pretty quickly.
//CANCELLATION
If a cancellation or rescheduling is required for any reason other than inclement weather, please contact us at least 24 hours before the shoot. Cancellations inside of 24 hours may require a $50 fee.
//PAYMENT
No upfront payment is required to book a shoot. However, final media will not be downloadable without payment through invoice at delivery.

//EDITING
While some advanced editing such as sky replacements are available, no "photoshopping" will be typically allowed for the photos. This is done to protect both the photographer and the agent legally as it could result in misrepresentation.
//USAGE
All photos are allowed to be used by the commissioning agent until the home sells for up to 5 years. If the home is not sold by that date, new photos can be acquired or a new usage agreement can be created. Greenville Real Estate Media owns all rights to all photos taken and only grants usage rights.
